Objectives
It is to get to a scenario in which self-management of enzyme replacement in the European Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patients by means of a mobile application (APP) is progressively achieved and successfully implemented. The co-developed APP is aimed at a personalised and accurate control and monitoring of the disease thanks to the interaction between health professionals and patients.
1.
To generate the necessary resources (guidelines, games, algorithms) for the patients self-management of the disease, especially the enzyme replacement therapy and the diet.

To generate the knowledge on enzymatic activity in different foods and meals under the simulated gastrointestinal conditions of CF patients, so as to obtain optimal doses for each food product and patient.
3.
To obtain an ecosystem of APPs, adapted to age specificities and built on the patients real needs and requirements along a co-developing process.
4.
To implement the new tool into the CF participating centres and into the market of the mHealth APPs.
